CNC rotary axis
The machine is equipped with a CNC rotary axis, which is mounted on the side
of the machine frame.
It takes a very short time to re-tool from flat-sheet to tube cutting.
Manual chuck for holding cross-sectional diameters of 15 mm minimum
to 315 mm maximum. Cross-sectional diameters of less than 155 mm can be fed
through the chuck.
Tailstock with pneumatic axial clamping for tubes with an inside
diameter of 30 mm - 115 mm.
Pneumatically operated clamping device (foot pedal to open and close
four-jaw chuck).
Rotary axis extraction kit with spark absorber
The extraction kit is fitted at the back on the tailstock. When the tailstock
is used during tube machining, the fumes are extracted through it efficiently
and safely.
